Overview:
This project involved a full rooftop exhaust fan and duct system cleaning for a busy commercial kitchen in downtown Toronto. The fan had significant grease buildup that required thorough degreasing and detailing.

Scope of Work:
We began with a full degreasing of the exhaust fan housing and blades, restoring the fan to a near-new condition. The connected vertical duct was also cleaned top to bottom, ensuring no grease residue remained. The fire suppression nozzles were cleared and re-checked to ensure proper alignment and flow, critical for NFPA 96 compliance.

Results:
The transformation was drastic — the fan went from orange-stained and clogged to polished and spotless. With a clean duct pathway and debris-free fan system, this kitchen now operates with improved ventilation and reduced fire risk.
