Overview:
For this Mississauga-based restaurant, we completed a full system cleaning that included the commercial hood, ductwork, exhaust fan, and fire suppression lines. The stainless steel system had visible grease accumulation throughout, presenting both a fire risk and airflow efficiency concerns.

Our Process:
We began by removing the baffle filters and applying a high-foaming degreaser across all interior hood surfaces, duct access points, and the rooftop exhaust fan. Special attention was given to the fire suppression lines β€” we thoroughly cleaned around each pipe and ensured all nozzles were completely free from grease buildup or blockages. Once degreased, the entire system was pressure washed and polished to a professional finish.

Results:
The system was fully restored to a clean, code-compliant state. With clear ductwork, unobstructed nozzles, and a spotless fan housing, the kitchen’s ventilation performance was significantly improved. The client passed their post-cleaning inspection with ease and now enjoys safer operations and a visibly cleaner workspace.
