Overview:

For this project, our team tackled a heavily greased and neglected exhaust system. From top to bottom, we delivered a thorough cleaning that restored both function and appearance to this restaurant’s ventilation setup.

Scope of Work:

We began by deep cleaning and polishing both the interior and exterior of the hood canopy to remove years of built-up grease. The suppression lines and nozzles were carefully cleaned and realigned to ensure clear flow and fire code compliance. We then moved into the vertical ductwork, performing a full degreasing and rinse to meet NFPA 96 standards. On the rooftop, we addressed significant grease accumulation and corrosion on the exhaust fan, restoring both airflow and structural integrity. Every surface was finished with a final polish to achieve a clean, professional look.

Results:

This system had significant grease buildup throughout—posing serious fire hazards and ventilation inefficiencies. By the end of the service, the equipment was spotless, the suppression system was reset and compliant, and the fan and ductwork were fully restored. The client was thrilled with the transformation and can now operate with confidence, knowing their ventilation system is safe and up to code.
